Lord Mayor's Fight Night

Historic Guildhall will be transformed into the ultimate sports arena on Wednesday 8 October 2025 for the inaugural Lord Mayor’s Fight Night which will see exhilarating amateur boxing matches take place between London vs New York – celebrating links between these two leading global cities. London will be represented by the famous Fitzroy Lodge and members of the London Fire Brigade. They will compete against a visiting team from the Fire Department of New York. Expect boxing legends to mingle with politicians and members of the City and Wall Street.

Guests will enjoy a black-tie dinner, boxing bouts, an exhibition boxing match featuring the Lord Mayor, a live auction and silent auction. Standard LDN tables will be sold at £2,500 with a number of gold, silver and bronze sponsorship tables available too - please click here to view.

The majority of net funds raised will go to The Lord Mayor’s Appeal, supporting two inspirational charities – Homewards: A Royal Foundation programme to end homelessness and MQ Mental Health Research, creating a future where mental illnesses are understood, effectively treated & one day prevented. In addition, a smaller proportion of net funds raised will go to The Firefighters Charity, the FDNY Foundation and Fitzroy Lodge Amateur Boxing Club.
