City Stories: Haggie Partners

Why are you supporting City Giving Day? 

We first supported City Giving Day in 2017 as we thought it was a great opportunity to boost staff morale while doing our bit for a cause close to our corporate and individual hearts. This year marks the continuation of our commitment to City Giving Day.

Which charities or communities do you support? 

We support The Children’s Literacy Charity, an organisation that provides one-to-one literacy interventions for disadvantaged children who are at risk of being left behind. Their vision is to close the literacy gap for all underprivileged children, enabling them to achieve their true potential

How will you celebrate City Giving Day? 

We’ve gone all out this year and will be partaking in the City Giving Day Treasure Hunt, Quiz Night and Static Cycle Challenge.  As well as this, in July one of our Partners will be taking on the Abseil Challenge at Barclays. Wish us luck!

Which charity are you supporting, why are you supporting it? 

We are supporting The Children’s Literacy Charity, because we realise that a shortage of gifted linguists equals a shortage of successful PR professionals.
