Power of Inclusion - online seminar 3

The third Power of Inclusion online seminar, sponsored by Mayer Brown, will take place on Wednesday 15 July from 10.00am-11.30am titled ‘Culture and Belonging: creating a space to be oneself’.

Our third session will continue to explore some of the structural barriers and internal beliefs that stop people from progressing in their careers and explore workplace cultures which are a key factor in ensuring staff retention. Can making workplace cultures more inclusive for those from socially mobile backgrounds increase staff retention? What can businesses do to change workplace practices to increase belonging?

We will be joined by expert panellists, practitioners, thought leaders and Lord Mayor Alderman William Russell.
