Kindly hosted by UBS, we invite you to join us for This is Me's 2025 spring event.

This is Me aims to change attitudes towards mental health in the workplace by reducing stigma, dispelling myths and raising awareness to improve employee wellbeing. 

You will hear from expert speakers and share insights and knowledge with your peers as we explore the theme of community. The event will help you to better understand the impact that healthy communities can have on your workplace and look ahead to this years Mental Health Awareness Week which will focus on the same theme.
