Sheriffs' Ball 2025

The Sheriffs of the City of London Alderman Gregory Jones KC and David Chalk are delighted to host the ninth Sheriffs’ Ball on Friday 19 September 2025 from 6.30-11.45pm in the spectacular setting of Guildhall in aid of The Lord Mayor’s Appeal and The Sheriffs’ and Recorder’s Fund.

The Sheriffs’ Great Gatsby Ball will celebrate the glamour and sophistication of the Roaring Twenties whilst marking the 100th anniversary of this timeless, iconic novel. The evening will include a fizz and cocktail reception, sumptuous three course fine dining menu, silent auction, enthralling entertainment, a DJ, live music and the ever popular dancing.

Dress code – 1920s Gatsby inspired Black Tie.
