Power of Inclusion Social Mobility Workshop Series: Harnessing your Data

This workshop will focus on harnessing data to support your social mobility strategy. Explore why collecting and evaluating data is essential to understanding your workforce and making evidence-based decisions. Participating will support you to gain practical insights into strengthening your data collection and using the data to shape your strategic direction and measure the impact of your work. You will hear from expert businesses about what has worked in their business and collaborate for effective change through roundtable discussions with peers.

This practical session has been developed with the private sector in mind and is suitable for senior leaders, DEI champions, HR professionals and social mobility experts. You will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals focused on progressing social mobility in their businesses.

Speeches and discussions will explore the following themes and questions:
• Understand the important role of data in creating an effective social mobility strategy
• Explore barriers to collecting data and collaborate on solutions
• Identify practical actions to use data to measure the impact of your social mobility strategy.

This free to attend workshop will be chaired by Dan Robertson, Director of FAIRER Consulting and chair of the Power of Inclusion Senior Leadership Forum.
